Membership is only $20/year per individual (plus only $5 for each additional household member) annually!

Step One: Complete Membership Application:
Membership Application (your membership will not be processed until you complete BOTH steps)
Step Two: Purchase Membership:
Pay with any credit card via the secure PayPal interface below!
(You do not need a PayPal account to use this feature!)
Instructions:
- Select the appropriate membership type below. (Additional household/family members are $5 per person. If you have more than two household members, choose the $30 option).
- Click the Buy Now button. This will re-direct you to the PayPal site.
- Click “Pay by Credit Card” and follow the prompts! You should receive a confirmation message.
- Submit Membership Application

Conduct requirements
Cascade Grotto welcomes members of all backgrounds and walks of life, regardless of sex, race, creed, color, national origin, religion, physical appearance or handicaps, sexual preferences, or gender identity and expression. The Grotto is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Members or participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from grotto activities and/or membership at the discretion of the leadership.
